What to include in an enquiry
- Part or model — the model code if you have one, or the product page link.
- Quantity — per size, if you are ordering several.
- Stroke and load — for rails and modules, the travel and the moving mass.
- Accuracy — the repeatability or accuracy grade the application needs.
- Destination — country and postcode, so freight is quoted realistically.
If you only have a drawing or a photo of a worn part, send that. Identifying a replacement from a photo is often faster than working from a model code.
Response times
